Glenn is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the financial sector, specialising in repo and short-term interest rate trading. With over 30 years of experience in collateral management, crisis management, and innovative financial strategies, he has successfully built profitable businesses at three major investment banks. Until recently, Glenn was the Global Head of G10 Government Bonds Financing and also Head of Repo and Cash Financing Solutions at HSBC.
Glenn is an Executive MBA graduate from Bayes Business School and is known for his ability to generate revenue, build teams globally, and manage a diverse client base.
