Event Overview

Following the success of the ICMA Future Leaders launch event in 2016, ICMA members were invited to join a networking evening in Frankfurt on Thursday, 23 February 2017.

The event featured a keynote speech from Tim Skeet, a fixed income professional with over 20 years market experience and former ICMA Board member.  Tim spoke about how to build a successful career in the market, giving insights drawn from his own experiences.  His inspiring speech, entitled 'Surviving the capital markets', was followed by a networking drinks reception, providing an opportunity to meet other professionals from all areas of the German fixed income market.

ICMA Future Leaders is an initiative designed to benefit the younger generation of finance professionals in ICMA’s membership, connecting them with the services and networking opportunities which can enhance their careers in the debt capital markets.

The event was targeted at young professionals in the early stages of their careers; however, ICMA members at all levels of seniority were welcomed.

This event was hosted by Bloomberg.

Admission: This event was open to ICMA members only and registration in advance was essential.
