COGESI is the Contact Group on Euro Securities Infrastructures established within the European Central Bank, and which addresses issues and developments for the euro securities settlement industry. These include developments in the field of collateral management and liquidity management, infrastructural developments, issues related to regulation, standards and legal framework, and post-trading activities in general.
